![]() We haven’t seen enough of Starfield’s dialogue or narrative to get a sense of its thematic identity yet. While Bethesda Game Studios’ narratives have their fair share of humor, much of its writing tends to be more serious and dryly written. Why not put a little bit of creativity and value into the awaited patch and give customers some kind of an in-game or digital treat? You know as a step towards adding some value and showing us that you do respect your own franchise/IP !! Anything to show those whom pay, that those whom profit are still (at least technically) conscious.Starfield: Official Gameplay Reveal Fewer worlds, more funįrom the moment your escape pod accidentally lands on a bounty hunter that’s supposed to help you, it’s clear that The Outer Worlds is a tongue-in-cheek, satirical take on capitalism, colonization, and the sci-fi genre as a whole. ![]() Obviously it's beyond ironic (and sad) that a fictional, corporate dystopia, founded upon a corrupt and ineptly bureaucratic culture, now actually appears to be a rather confronting mirror of its publisher's own realities. ![]() The managers/supervisors on this project clearly have little respect for the companies they work for, and zero empathy for the franchise, or the fans. ![]() Honestly the whole thing smells of laziness, bred from disrespect. What I don't understand is how the Spacer's Choice Edition was able to be released in the shameful state that it so obviously is? It looks like there's genuinely been no minimum quality standards, no vision, nor any perceptible desire to grow the franchise or provide any value, let alone caring about your customers' and fans' investment of both their cash and their passion! ![]()
